site navigation functions. The name and logo of your practice or organization appears in the Image Map. The address, main telephone
numbers and a brief practice description also appear on the Home Page.
Hours
& Schedules Page

The Hours & Schedules Page provides visitors
with a list of:

office hours & telephone numbers.
- On-call
hours & locations.
- Off-hours
contact information.
Maps Page
The
Map Page includes an interactive link where visitors are able to increase or decrease the
detail level and receive driving directions to your location. Maps and driving
directions are printable.
Insurance Page
Details
HMO insurers and other subscription plans (unions, etc.) with whom you
participate.
A graphical logo
of the insurer and the plan's trademark (if available) can be
accommodated. If the plan
has an internet presence, VisionRx.com
can link this page to the
insurer's website.
Policies Page
Explains the practice's policies including billing and co-payment,
insurance acceptance (Medicare & Medicaid), new-patient acceptance, referral
policies, telephone calls to the physician, credit cards, financing, etc.
Terms of Use / Liability Disclaimer Page
This page provides a legal statement regarding the
terms of use of your website including liability limitation advising visitors that
information provided on your website is
not a substitute for medical advice.
Practice Details Page
This page provides a detailed description of your practice or
organization. Use this page to explain the organization's history, its mission and
an overview of services. List specialties, procedures, treatments, surgery,
techniques, facilities and equipment.
Staff Directory Page
The Staff Directory Page provides a helpful list of your
organization's staff members.

names, titles and departments of staff members.

Each
physician in the practice is provided with their own Physician Profile

admitting privileges and on-call hours.

The Staff Profiles Page is used in either of two
ways, or as a combination of both:

Profile - Provides an overall description of a department's personnel
including a group photograph of staff members.
Individual
Staff Biographies - Depending upon the size of your organization,
Individual Staff
Biographies may be used instead of a Group Profile.
Combination
- A combination of the above. Example: An associate with paramedical
training might have an Individual Staff Profile; departments and other associates might be
included within a Group Profile.
FAQ's Page (Frequently Asked Questions)
Use the FAQ's Page to provide answers to the most common questions
about your procedures and treatments. This is one of the most effective methods of
presenting information and helps to reduce the anxieties that many patients experience
when considering a new or unfamiliar procedure.
