ADV-HTML is a heavily moderated discussion list for the discussion of advanced hypertext markup language and other advanced Web topics. Although ADV-HTML has more than 3,000 subscribers from 58 countries, the mail volume on ADV-HTML is relatively low (about 10 letters a day). ADV-HTML is available in digest form. Although COMMO is incredibly easy to use, Jeff Bishop's excellent JB Software Macros, jbs-701.zip, are highly recommended support files that make COMMO even easier to learn. JBS contains a customizable installation macro as well as an excellent interactive tutorial, JB Learn, Version 2.2 for COMMO 7.0+. JBL is a very powerful automated learning engine for COMMO with self-learning features, which means that the program actually learns more about learning as you use it. With JBL you can automate any task, create full mail-run scripts and ready-to-run macros in minutes. The archive that contains the JB Software Macros, jbs-701.zip, is available from the /COMMO directory of ftp://ftp.ordata.com

THE COMPUTER LAW OBSERVER
The Computer Law Observer is a free monthly newsletter. Each issue of The Observer contains an article discussing an important legal development relating to the Internet and computer technology in general. The articles are written for both lawyers and nonlawyers. The Observer is currently one of the most widely distributed e-mail newsletters covering technology and computer legal issues. The current subscribers number more than 12,000.

The Computer Law Observer is owned and distributed by Challenge Communications, a legal content provider, located in Baltimore, Maryland, and is edited by William S. Galkin, Esq., an attorney in private practice. He has concentrated his practice in the computer law field since 1986. An adjunct professor of computer law at the University of Maryland School of Law, he has recently served as a special intellectual property counsel for the Maryland Attorney General's Office. In addition to articles by Mr. Galkin, The Observer also, from time to time, contains articles by a variety of recognized experts in the field.

LYNX-DEV
Lynx-Dev is devoted to (mostly) technical discussions concerning the development and implementation of Lynx, a text-based web browser. It is also the forum in which Lynx bug reports are discussed and resolved. Lynx-Dev is a resource that is designed to allow users, site managers, and developers interact. Topics range from "No, Virginia, Lynx does not maintain a global history of what URLs you have visited" to how to keep the code portable across VMS, the many flavors of Unix, 32-bit Windows, OS/2, and the Macintosh.

POD-L
POD-L is an e-mailing list dedicated to the discussion and exchange of poems and poetry.
